Thecoa Foundry offers digital products, including typefaces (fonts) and related design assets.
All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files (OTF for Desktop, TTF for Variable font or WOFF2 for Website). No physical goods are shipped.

When purchasing a font, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the font according to the selected license type.
The purchase of a font does not grant ownership of the font software or design.

You may:

• Install the font on your own devices
• Use the font for personal or commercial design work, depending on the license purchased
• Use the font in print, digital, or visual communication

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the font files
• Share the font with individuals or organizations not covered by the license
• Upload the font to public repositories or websites
• Modify the font and redistribute it as a new product

Different licenses may apply depending on usage (e.g. personal, commercial, extended use).
It is your responsibility to ensure that your usage complies with the appropriate license.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
Paddle is responsible for:

• Payment processing
• Billing
• Handling applicable taxes (such as VAT)

Products are delivered immediately after purchase via download or email.
If you do not receive access to your product, please contact us.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

All fonts and materials are the intellectual property of Thecoa Foundry. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all software or systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thecoa Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We reserve the right to terminate or revoke licenses if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
