Once a product has been successfully delivered or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you encounter technical problems, we encourage you to contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to assist and resolve the issue.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.
